Nicholas Nyblom - Attorney

Nicholas Nyblom is an attorney at Miller & Stevens, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation, including business disputes, contract disputes, family law, criminal law, evictions, and HROs/OFPs.

Nick graduated from Drake University Law School in 2025. As a student, Nick was extensively involved in academics and student life — competing on two trial teams, publishing his legal authorship, and earning graduation honors. As a student, Nick also had the privilege of working for a top-ranked family law firm, building valuable knowledge on family court matters. Nick spent the year following graduation clerking for the trial courts of Iowa's Second Judicial District, working closely with over a dozen judges on diverse cases spanning criminal and civil law.

Upon finishing his clerkship, Nick returned home to Minnesota to pursue legal practice. He is proud to bring an energy and commitment to his clients in their legal representation. Nick pursues his client's causes with determination and appreciates the stakes involved for those requiring legal services.

Nick holds a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University and an associate's from Anoka-Ramsey Community College. He was born on a hobby farm north of Cambridge, Minnesota to a family with deep roots in the Isanti County community. When not in the office, he enjoys hiking, reading history, playing pickleball, and being active in the lives of his friends and family.
