Patrick Doran - Attorney

Patrick practices in all areas of civil litigation, as well as criminal law, family law, and personal injury. Patrick practices in all areas of the Twin Cities Metro, including the counties of Pine, Chisago, Isanti, Anoka, Ramsey and Washington. While at Miller & Stevens, he has successfully argued multiple cases at the Appellate level, and he has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for injured clients.

Patrick Doran was born in Peoria, Illinois and raised in Kansas City, Kansas. He is a 2012 Dean’s List graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, where he studied criminal justice and psychology. Patrick was also a wide receiver on the Varsity Football team and participated the in the NCAA National Playoffs. Patrick attended law school at William Mitchell College of Law (now known as Mitchell-Hamline). During law school, Patrick worked as a law clerk at Iverson Law office, a personal injury law firm in St. Paul. He was also part of the Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners clinic where he provided those who are incarcerated with legal assistance for civil related matters, including family law and civil rights matters.

Patrick graduated in 2015 with over 100 hours of public service work during law school, and was awarded a Public Service Achievement certificate. After law school, Patrick worked at Goldstein & Sutor, a civil litigation and personal injury firm in Minneapolis before becoming a member of the Miller & Stevens team. While at Miller & Stevens, he has successfully argued multiple cases at the Appellate level, and he has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for injured clients.

In addition to practicing law, Patrick enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful wife, Ashley, and participating in many different sporting activities. He also enjoys hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and exploring the Minnesota wilderness.
